• Payment information — card payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Xendit). We do not see or store your full card number; we only receive confirmation of payment.
• Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, or phone.
• Usage data & cookies — basic technical information such as your device, browser, pages visited, and how you reached our site (see “Cookies” below).

• To process and confirm your booking and payment.
• To communicate with you about your reservation and stay.
• To provide customer service and concierge requests.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• To maintain the security of, and to improve, our website.

We share your information only with the service providers that make your booking possible, and only as needed:

• Cloudbeds — our property management system, which stores and manages your reservation.
• Xendit — our payment provider, which securely processes your card payment.
• Google Analytics & Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics that help us understand site usage.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use a minimal set:

• Essential cookies — required for the website and booking process to work (for example, keeping your booking session active). These cannot be switched off.
• Analytics cookies — used by Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to measure traffic and improve the site. These are only set where analytics is enabled, and the data is aggregated.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the booking process from working.

We keep your booking information for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Our service providers may process data outside Indonesia. Where this happens, we rely on those providers’ safeguards to protect your information.

Our website and booking service are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without a parent or guardian’s involvement.
